Week-of- Wedding Coordination professional services performed by Essence of Pearls Wedding and Event Planning offers you that peace-of-mind feeling for the final days leading up to your wedding and the actual day of the big event.
When this service is chosen, you will have an Essence of Pearls wedding planner available for that last week to provide the following services in addition to all services in the Lustre Package:
- Meet with you at a wrap-up session at least two weeks prior to your wedding to discuss the flow and details of your ceremony, reception and any last minute changes
- Confirm all vendor and supplier contracts and schedules
- Produce a timeline including deliveries, arrivals, appointments and all wedding activities
- Participate at your rehearsal making certain your ideas and plans are accounted for and not overlooked
- Coordinate the processional, recessional and receiving line for your ceremony in accordance with etiquette guidelines
- Create a timeline of events to take place
- Assist with pinning on boutonnieres and corsages
- Coordinate reception events working together with service providers to ensure a worry free day
- Inspection of reception and ceremony area, linen, utensils, dinnerware, tables and chairs
- Assist with seating arrangements and the distribution of seating cards
