The Pearlite Package is our most basic service and offers you that peace-of-mind feeling for the wedding rehearsal and the day of your special event. We tie up the loose ends by attending to those last minute details. We coordinate the wedding rehearsal and wedding ceremony activities.
Services included but not limited to:

Meeting at wedding and/or reception site
- Finalization of wedding processional and recessional format
- Finalization of timeline for reception
- Coordination of all wedding day activities
- Check the ceremony site to ensure proper setup for your event
- Ensure flowers are delivered to appropriate area and persons
- Retain the marriage license for officiant
- Ensure the Best Man/Maid of Honor have rings
- Coordinate start time, processional/recessional with the officiant
- Coordinate start time with musicians
- Choreograph the wedding ceremony
- Direct guests to the reception area
- Direct the bridal party and family to the photography area
